3. Non-Refundable Services
Once an appointment has been scheduled and added to our calendar, it is no longer eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer, regardless of the timing of the request. This policy applies to:

Late cancellations or rescheduling requests.

No-shows for scheduled appointments.

The only exception to this policy is if Midlothian Complete Wellbeing must cancel a service or appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. In such a rare case, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at your convenience.
